In this section, when a ticket is refunded, if you have a round-trip ticket, both flight segments will be refunded and the seat will be canceled.

Dear passenger, please note that when a ticket is refunded with a penalty, the Passenger Safety Oversight Service charge is not refundable.

Please wait at least one hour after purchasing your ticket before requesting a refund.

If less than one hour has passed between purchasing and refunding the ticket, please use the Seat Cancellation option first, and then request a refund after one hour.

Otherwise, if more than one hour has passed, directly use the Ticket Refund option.
